What happens when I order a ticket?

Upon order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details on. The details will include your raffle number(s) and the information you will need to take part and keep updated.

When does the raffle end?

On all our ticket product pages; the end date will be clearly stated. Keep updated on Instagram and check your email, as on some scenarios the raffle may be brought forward if it reaches its full capacity.

How much do the tickets cost?

When ordering a ticket online, there is an option drop down list with options of ticket quantities and prices, if you want more than one ticket.

How likely am I to win?

Some raffles are more limited than others, and this is stated on the ticket descriptions. For limited raffles, it is from a 1/50 chance as not many tickets are sold. But chances may vary for other raffles.

Can I buy tickets in person?

Yes. We have a range of sellers in different areas. Contact us on social media or through the Contact page to find out who your closest seller is. Or if you know who a seller is nearby, the contact them directly.

What happens if I win?

If you win one of the raffles, you will be notified immediately via email and social media. Following this, the prize will be shipped directly to your door with Next Day Delivery Service, or if you wish to meet in person that is also fine, simply just Contact us.

How is the winner drawn?

We use a random generator to draw the winning ticket. This process will be videoed and uploaded on social media.

Do you offer a Personal Shopping service?

Yes. Please email us or contact us on what you wish to purchase or buy. We can source a wide range of products for an accessible price.
